Stan Tyan is a senior data scientist and product analytics leader whose work spans product, growth marketing, and revenue. At Aiven, he helped drive product-led growth by establishing the product analytics function from the ground up, strengthening data-driven practices, and defining the metrics and KPIs used to measure the impact of product initiatives.
Before that, he spent more than four years at Yousician, using data to support product development, profitability, marketing effectiveness, revenue optimisation, and customer-facing experimentation. Earlier roles at Wrike and Uber focused on product usage analysis, growth opportunity discovery, performance marketing, A/B testing, and dashboards that helped teams make better decisions.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing from the University of Westminster at London, UK, and holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the Dongguk University at Seoul, South Korea.
